One of the highlights of my journey was serving as a photographer in the Illinois Senate. It was a wild ride, and I got to capture some incredible moments in the political world. Not only did I document history, but I also shared the stories that made the state tick. 

While I've since left the political landscape behind, I've carried my passion for photography with me. It's not just a job; it's a genuine passion that I'm fortunate enough to share with others.

My favorite subjects to capture beyond the lens? Well, that would be my best friend and husband, Ryan, and our two adorable fur babies, Finn and Mav.
